Lighting Industry Salary Survey
WILD Chicago and WILD Pacific Northwest are teaming up for a joint panel discussion on salaries and understanding compensation. We’ll discuss hiring trends, skills, and characteristics of valuable employees, non-salary benefits, approaches to salary negotiation, and promotions. To help guide the conversation, we’ve created a survey to uncover the current range of salaries broken down by gender, job, and location.
Are women in lighting making the US average of $0.82 to the dollar of a man’s salary? Does size of firm influence salary for similar positions? What benefits are being offered across the industry? We want to know!
Please HELP US OUT by completing the survey. The survey is OPEN TO EVERYONE in the lighting industry as we would like feedback from all genders, all professions, and all levels. Please spread the word and share the link with your colleagues. This survey is completely anonymous and closes June 11th.
