Carlsbad, CA – June 15, 2021 – BIOS, a leader in circadian lighting, today announced the launch of the BIOS Circadian Audit Program within their education platform-BIOS Biological Lighting Institute. This first-of-its-kind circadian lighting evaluation program is designed to upgrade indoor lighting by focusing on color quality, circadian response, health and wellness, as well as energy efficiency.
The program trains lighting professionals to become Certified Circadian Auditors as well as offering complimentary Circadian Audits for any indoor space.
“BIOS Circadian Audit Program is an exciting opportunity to improve the quality of light for interior spaces while further educating lighting professionals and end-users on the positive health impacts of light.”
-Erica Voss, Director of Circadian Design
The Audit provides a 1-hr assessment of existing spaces and provides recommendations for ways to upgrade existing lighting to maximize occupants’ health, productivity, and well-being.
“BIOS is offering a unique opportunity of assessing any given space by conducting a BIOS Circadian Audit, that is at no charge and will determine the exact amount of quality light that is needed for any given task. That is why Steiner is excited to announce that this product will be featured at our Lighting Technology Center in Chicago and we will soon to be certified as a BIOS auditor.”
