Landlord to Auction Texas Lighting Manufacturer's Assets
The landlord of Texas-based Greenstar LED is planning a foreclosure auction
Last summer Greenstar LED in San Antonio was reportedly facing financial troubles. Employees were alleging that paychecks were months late and the doors to the facility were locked due to non-payment of rent.

It appears that the company did not recover from the reported financial setbacks. Liquidation company, Rosen Systems, is planning to host an online auction of Greenstar LED’s former assets on April 29, 2021. Items listed in the Landlord’s Foreclosure can be inspected in person on April 27.
Some of the property being auctioned includes:
- Finished Goods: Roadway and Industrial LED Lights
- WIP & Parts Inventory
- CAT Electric Forklift
- (6) Big Ass Warehouse Fans
- Electronics & Network Gear
