Lights Out for Texas Manufacturer?
Months of late paychecks frustrate employees.
Empty promises offer them little hope.
GreenStar, a San Antonio-based LED street lighting manufacturer is reportedly facing some serious challenges. KABB FOX San Antonio reports that the company is showing signs of going out of business:
- Doors locked for non-payment of rent
- Employees not receiving paychecks
- Health insurance coverage stopped due to non-payment
- Local San Antonio utility, CPS Energy, recently asked the company for warranty paperwork relating to the 130,000 LED street lights that were purchased in recent years.
GreenStar employees are afraid the LED lighting company may soon go under https://t.co/XpjFr2lf0d
