David Radulescu, with over three decades in patent litigation, is an accomplished expert in the LED lighting sector. Before earning his law degree from Columbia University, Radulescu pursued a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Cornell, specializing in semiconductors pivotal to the LED lighting realm. After his legal studies, he served with major international law firms, ultimately founding Radulescu LLP a decade ago—a patent litigation firm with presences in New York City and Texas. Radulescu's record boasts litigation of over 75 LED patent cases, encompassing over 150 LED patents.
