Hosting Change at Popular Podcast
Starving for Darkness: Michael Colligan out. Jane Slade sole host at the moment.
In just 23 episodes, the very popular Starving for Darkness podcast has accumulated a rather large audience comprising of lighting people and Dark Sky connoisseurs. The podcast has been hosted by Jane Slade and Michael Colligan since its inception in early 2021 and is now undergoing a change. Podcast owner, National Association of Innovative Lighting Distributors (NAILD), confirmed that Colligan is no longer the Co-Host and, at the moment, Jane Slade is the sole host.
According to our source, there are no immediate plans to fill Colligan's vacant Co-Host seat.
Colligan is best known in the lighting industry as the bold and outspoken host of the Get A Grip on Lighting Podcast. He is also the owner of Get a Grip Studios – the producer of both podcasts. Slade is best known for her work as a Dark Sky advocate and speaker at various lighting industry conferences. The Starving for Darkness podcast is owned by the National Association of Innovative Lighting Distributors. (NAILD)
