3-Output, 3-CCT Selectable Troffer Retrofit Kits Launched By Espen Technology

Santa Fe Springs, CA – Espen Technology, a leading manufacturer of indoor, linear, LED lighting solutions, has announced its launch of 3-output, 3-CCT selectable center-basket troffer retrofit kits, as part of its Versa Kit^TM family of retrofit kits. These advanced kits easily convert 2X2 and 2X4 fluorescent troffers to the most current LED technology. The new panel kits deliver efficacy of 125 lpW. As a result of the higher efficiency, the new troffer kits are DLC listed, which allows them to qualify for most utility rebates.

The new panels allow 3-outputs and 3-CCTs to be selected, per model. This can potentially allow one panel retrofit kit model to replace up to 9 SKUs, or up to an 89% reduction in SKUs, to reduce inventory carrying costs for distributors and contractors. Both 2X2 and 2X4 models permit easy output and CCT selection through simple dip switches on the back of the kits. 

The new 2X2 center basket troffer retrofit kits offers:

• Selectable wattage options of 20/25/30 watts.
• Selectable lumen output options of 2500/3125/3750 lumens.
• Selectable CCT options of 3500/4000/5000 K

The new 2X4 back-lit panel retrofit kits offer:

• Selectable wattages options of 25/30/34 watts.
• Selectable lumen output options of 3125/3250/4250 lumens.
• Selectable CCT options of 3500/4000/5000 K

Both the 2X2 and 2x4 LED troffer retrofits come completely assembled as a lensed kit, requiring only 5 minutes to install, reducing labor costs. They provide the ideal way to replace existing 2X2 and 2X4 recessed troffers, utilizing the existing fixture housing. The kit provides all the components needed to perform the change out quickly and efficiently, allowing for system upgrades without disturbing the ceiling.
