Lumenpulse Family Grows with Acquisition of Lumca Inc.
LMPG continues its growth and deepens its offer in the site and area lighting market
Montreal, QC – LMPG Inc., formerly known as Lumenpulse Group Inc., a leading specification-grade LED lighting solutions group, announced today that it has acquired Lumca Inc, a privately-owned, pure-play innovative LED lighting solutions provider in the site and area market. The sister brand ‘BrightLife by Lumca’, specialized in intelligent connectivity solutions, is also part of the acquisition by LMPG Inc.
Founded over three decades ago, Lumca has a very strong and well-established history as a manufacturer of site and area lighting for municipalities and urban environments.
