The NEMRA Lighting Summit brings together lighting manufacturers and independent representatives for structured discussions, business planning, and professional development. The event includes scheduled one-on-one meetings, panel discussions, and educational sessions focused on strengthening manufacturer–agent relationships and improving business operations. Participants use the time to review performance, set goals, and collaborate on strategies for the year ahead.

The Summit is open to members of NEMRA Lighting and is distinct from NEMRA’s annual conference, focusing exclusively on lighting-related business topics. It provides a dedicated setting for participants to exchange insights, align plans, and build stronger partnerships within the lighting industry.
