Business of Light to Host In-Person Workshops on Business Intelligence for Designers in New York and Los Angeles

 

Business of Light is set to host a series of full-day workshops titled "A Designer’s Guide to Business Intelligence," focusing on enhancing project management skills within the architectural lighting design industry. The workshops will be conducted in New York City on June 6, 2024 and in Los Angeles on June 13, 2024.

bol-seminar-2024.jpgLed by Justin Smith of Zweig Group, a research and advisory group, these sessions are designed to equip participants with the skills needed to manage projects effectively. Topics covered will include the development of robust project plans, project fee structuring for optimal profitability, and the application of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to guide business decisions.

Participants will benefit from a comprehensive curriculum that includes evaluating opportunities, building effective project plans, managing project execution, and closing out projects successfully. The interactive format will combine lectures with practical, small-group exercises, allowing attendees to apply new techniques in real-time.
