Eric Borden Stepping Aside As President/CEO Of Verozza Lighting

LAKE WORTH, FLORIDA — After three years leading the growth of Verozza Lighting, and after much contemplation and consideration of both personal and professional factors, I have decided to step aside from my position as President and CEO of Verozza Lighting. This decision was not made lightly, but I believe it is the right choice for me, my family and the company as we move forward.

Over the years, it has been an incredible honor and privilege to lead this exceptional team. Together, we have achieved remarkable milestones and navigated through challenges with resilience and determination. I am immensely proud of what we have accomplished together, and I have full confidence in the team's ability to continue driving the company's success in the future.

Effective May 3, 2024, I will begin the transition process to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities. During this time, I will be working closely with Verozza's ownership to identify roles and responsibilities for those who will lead Verozza Lighting into its next chapter.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one within the Verozza family for your dedication, hard work, and unwavering support throughout my tenure. It has been a privilege to work alongside such talented individuals, and I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have been part of this extraordinary team helping Verozza grow from a local to a full North American company.

While I will be stepping down from my current role, I am committed to ensuring a seamless transition and will remain involved as an outside consultant through my independent firm, Pathfinder Consultants, Inc. I am confident that with the current commitment and passion, Verozza Lighting will continue to thrive and achieve even greater success in the future. It has been an honor to serve as President and CEO of Verozza Lighting, and I look forward to seeing the continued success of the company under new leadership.
