These Distributor Acquisitions Just Happened
The new year has started with a flurry of electrical distributor acquisition announcements; two from Sonepar and one from Rexel USA.
1. Rexel USA acquires Buckles-Smith
Rexel USA has completed the acquisition of the Buckles-Smith Electric Company, headquartered in Santa Clara, California. According to its website, Buckles Smith cites six California locations in the Bay Area and Central Valley.
