Genlyte Solutions, a Signify business, supports 120+ education projects in Q2, helping schools prepare for the 2026-27 academic year

Bridgewater, New Jersey — Genlyte Solutions, a Signify (Euronext: LIGHT) business, today announced that it supported more than 120 K-12 and higher education projects across the United States during the second quarter of 2026 in preparation for the back-to-school season.
From new school construction and campus expansions to indoor and outdoor renovations, Genlyte's lighting and controls solutions were specified and ordered for a wide variety of applications, including classrooms, administrative offices, libraries, gymnasiums and athletic facilities, residence halls and parking areas.
Q2 2026 project highlights
- Illinois Park Elementary School's addition, Elgin, Illinois, in partnership with Chicago Lightworks and Steiner Electric Company
- Hillside Middle School renovation, Manchester, New Hampshire in partnership with Apex Lighting Solutions and Independent Electric Supply
- New Creekside High School, Hutto, Texas in partnership with SESCO Lighting and CED
