Glendale, Arizona — Barron Lighting Group, a leading manufacturer of commercial and industrial lighting solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Aron as Northeast Regional Vice President.

In his new role, Aron will spearhead strategic regional growth, strengthen agent and distributor partnerships, and accelerate market adoption across the company’s entire brand portfolio. Justin will oversee channel management, project execution, and customer advocacy across the territory while collaborating directly with field sales teams and manufacturing operations based at the company's Glendale headquarters.

Aron joins Barron Lighting Group with over 21 years of progressive leadership and sales execution experience across the lighting industry. Having previously served as Sales Director at LED Living Technology and Director of Energy Sales and National Accounts at Illuminations, Aron brings a proven track record of winning major national accounts, alongside securing multi-million-dollar lighting projects.
