WAC Group Appoints Ryan Radke Executive Director of Business Development – Commercial

Port Washington, NY — WAC Group announces the appointment of Ryan Radke as Executive Director of Business Development – Commercial at WAC Group. He will lead strategic growth initiatives and manage key customer and sales representative relationships across the commercial channel.

Prior to joining WAC Group, Mr. Radke held leadership roles at Acuity Brands, including Director of Sales for A-Light, where he played a key role in advancing innovative architectural lighting solutions and supporting product initiatives centered on design, performance, and sustainability. His earlier experience in architectural sales management helped establish a strong foundation in working closely with agents, designers, engineers, and contractors to drive adoption and specification success.

Mr. Radke earned his degree from Hofstra University, where he was a Division I student-athlete—an experience that continues to shape his competitive drive, discipline, and team-first leadership approach.
