Utopia Lighting Launches IPA Certified Clean Room Lay-In Light

City of Industry, CA — Utopia Lighting has introduced the CLFP Clean Room Lay-In Light, a fully sealed LED fixture designed for pharmaceutical facilities, hospitals, laboratories, and dust-free manufacturing environments. The CLFP is IPA certified for ISO Cleanliness Classes 1 through 9 and NSF certified for food-safe and pharmaceutical applications.

The fixture features fully welded construction with zero particle-shedding joints, maintaining cleanroom integrity at the highest ISO classification levels. An IP65-rated enclosure seals both front and back against water and particulate ingress.

A front-opening cover allows lamp and driver replacement without breaching the cleanroom envelope, eliminating the need to access the plenum for routine maintenance.

The CLFP is available in three sizes: 1x4 FT, 2x2 FT, and 2x4 FT; with field-adjustable wattage and selectable CCT (3500/4000/5000K). The 2x4 FT model is also available in a high-output configuration delivering up to 11,000 lumens at 100W. All models offer 0–10V dimming, CRI of 80 or greater, and efficacy up to 125 lm/W.

Three diffuser options are available to match application requirements: a standard polycarbonate lens, an antibacterial polycarbonate lens, and a tempered glass lens, all rated IK03 for impact resistance.

The CLFP operates on 120–277V / 347V input at 50/60Hz, with a power factor above 0.9 and THD at or below 20%. It carries a 5-year warranty backed by a rated lifespan of 50,000 hours (L80 at 25°C).

Certifications include cULus listing, DLC listing, IP65, NSF, and IPA. Upon request, there is the option of having the fixture assembled in the USA.
