Selander is a lighting sales executive with 20 years of B2B experience across LED lighting, controls and global technology markets. He has built and led high-performing sales teams, implementing scalable processes, KPI-driven strategies and cross-functional alignment. His experience spans mid-sized to Fortune 500 companies, as well as distribution partners, government and international markets. Selander serves as chair of the hospitality lighting technical committee and is a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) actively serving on the IES technical committees for economics and retail lighting.

At NEO, Selander will lead efforts to grow the presence of the company’s international house of brands across all regions, with a strong focus in New York City, strengthening relationships and supporting strategic engagement in architectural projects.
