Phillips arrives at Barron with a distinguished track record in high-level sales management. He most recently served as Vice President of Sales for Commercial and Industrial markets at Cree Lighting, where he successfully oversaw channels responsible for a significant portion of company sales goals. His extensive background spans smart city technologies, energy services, and electrical distribution. He has consistently built competitive sales teams, managed multimillion-dollar pipelines, and negotiated critical contracts across complex vertical markets.

In his new role, Phillips will oversee the national sales division and work directly with senior management to execute long-term strategic initiatives. He is tasked with leading the sales team to strengthen strategic partnerships, develop new revenue streams, and maximize return on investment across all active markets.
