LGI Appoints Erik Frykholm as President

Bloomfield, CT — LGI, a leading lighting agency serving the Northeast, announced today the appointment of Erik Frykholm as President, marking an important milestone in the firm’s continued evolution and growth.

Founded in 1994, LGI has built a strong reputation as a hybrid lighting agency, with deep roots in decorative lighting for showrooms and electrical distribution, a significant footprint in National Accounts, and a growing commercial design/build business. This diversified platform positions LGI well for its next phase of expansion.

Frykholm brings more than two decades of industry experience spanning National Accounts, Electrical Distribution, and specification sales. Most recently, he served as a senior executive and principal at one of the largest independent lighting agencies in the country, where he played a key role in scaling operations, expanding national account relationships, and building integrated sales teams across multiple channels.
