Exposure Announces Firmwide Promotions
BOSTON, MA – I am pleased to announce that Exposure Lighting and Electrical Systems Solutions (ESS) has made the following series of promotions across its organizations, as we enter our 14th year in business, founded in 2012. This announcement recognizes the individuals that have driven the company’s performance and will continue to lead our growth across the New England market.
Harry Schofield assumes the role of Principal and Chief Operating Officer of both Exposure Lighting and ESS, strengthening both companies operational leadership.
Katie O’Brien, Rick Lilly, John Mason, Mark Maziarz, Chris Pechalk, Matt Procaccini, Rich Trabucco (Exposure Lighting), and Chris Baptist (ESS) have been promoted to Principal, reflecting their impact across client engagement, manufacturer partnerships, and overall execution.
James Ballard, Jeremy Boudrot, Jay Cormier, James Gloshinski, and Alex Hayes (Exposure Lighting) have been promoted to Associate Principal, continuing to expand their roles in shaping the firm’s day-to-day performance and long-term direction.
Erick Perdomo (Exposure Lighting) has been promoted to Director, recognizing his contributions to execution and team support across key initiatives.
These promotions align with Exposure/ESS’s continued growth and commitment to the New England lighting, controls, and electrical products marketplace and solidifies our future with this outstanding management team.
