Barron Lighting Group Appoints Alexis Andrade as Inside Sales Manager

Glendale, AZ – Barron Lighting Group, a leader in commercial and industrial lighting solutions, today announced the appointment of Alexis Andrade to the position of Inside Sales Manager. In her new role, Andrade will be responsible for leading the inside sales team, enhancing customer support processes, and strengthening relationships with representatives and distributors.

Her extensive background includes team leadership, process improvement, and strategic collaboration with sales departments to ensure operational excellence. This appointment marks a return to the company for Andrade, who is already familiar with Barron Lighting Group's culture, team, and customer base from her previous employment.

Her prior experience within the lighting industry has provided her with a deep understanding of customer needs and project requirements. This knowledge, combined with her proven ability to manage complex operational functions, will be instrumental in driving the continued success and growth of the inside sales department.
