SESCO Lighting acquires Smith Lighting Sales, Inc.

SESCO Lighting, Inc., headquartered in Maitland, FL and Smith Lighting Sales, Inc., headquartered in Oklahoma City, OK have announced they will join forces to become one company, expanding SESCO Lighting’s footprint into the State of Oklahoma. While some additions and business vertical engagements will begin immediately, the official transition will take place on January 1, 2026. This move will combine the existing resources and the 570+ employees of SESCO Lighting with the Smith Lighting teams in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.

Smith Lighting Sales, founded in December 1969 by Bob Smith, has a long and successful history in the State of Oklahoma. In 1999, Eric Stewart started with Smith Lighting and has since led the company to continued success. Through the years and to this day, Smith Lighting Sales represents some of the finest specification lighting and control brands in the industry.
