Grinstead brings nearly a decade of experience in the lighting industry, having worked with various ESCOs, Sales Agencies, and Manufacturers. His roles have included Electrician, Foreman, Lighting Controls Specialist, and Sales. In his new role, Joe will lead sales and marketing efforts and actively participate in product development.
