Lightalarms welcomes Jess Howe as Regional Sales Manager and announces a new sales structure

Lightalarms is excited to announce a new structure in its US sales territories to streamline service and enhance support. Jess Howe, who comes with an extensive experience as Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in Canada will now serve as an RSM for the Western US Region, while Stan Chrzanowski, remaining with Lighalarms will cover the Eastern US Region as Regional Sales Manager. This shift is a departure from the former North-South territory split.
Additionally, our Inside Sales and Customer Service teams are now fully integrated, meaning that the same dedicated team will handle the full spectrum of every customer’s needs, from start to finish. This reorganization reflects our commitment to seamless service, enabling faster responses and a more cohesive experience.
