Scott Dubey Joins Reflex Lighting as Principal and Managing Partner
WETHERSFIELD, CONNECTICUT – Reflex Lighting is extremely pleased to announce that Scott Dubey has joined Reflex Lighting Group of Connecticut and Western Mass as a Principal and Managing Partner. He will be joining Jason Lee, who in his 3 years at Reflex served as the Sales Leader for New England, will be the Principal alongside Scott. Scott and Jason will leverage their combined industry expertise to initiate a transformative shift for the Connecticut and Western Mass office, as well as to broaden Reflex’s local market approach.

Based in Western Massachusetts, Scott brings 18 years of experience in the lighting industry, most recently as the Director of Sales of the North for Nova Flex LED. Previous to that as the Vice President of Specification Sales at Lighting Affiliates in Connecticut from 2008 to 2023. Prior to this, he was with Reflex Lighting in Boston from 2005 to 2008, contributing to the company on the specification and contractor sales teams. Scott possesses a deep understanding of lighting design, lighting solutions, and emerging technologies. He is passionate about forging strong relationships with industry professionals, collaborating on projects and exceeding customer expectations.
Jason a West Point grad brings over 9 years of commercial lighting industry experience with his 5 years at Lutron as the Sales Leadership Development Program Manager and on the Commercial Projects team. Jason attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships make him an ideal partner for the team and will bring a plethora of useful knowledge and skills to help the team grow in the marketplace.
Building on the astounding reputation of Cooper Lighting along with an already strong line card, Scott, Jason and the team will focus on building a strong presence in the specification community while maintaining and growing their presence in the contractor, design build and distribution channels.
