Growth at Forman and Associates leads to Leadership Promotions and Strategic Restructuring

Van Nuys, CA – Forman and Associates, a leading lighting agency with offices throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties, is pleased to announce a strategic leadership restructuring that allows the company to continue expanding throughout the Southern California Region.

“Our updated organization structure was a strategic decision that allows us to continue offering the most comprehensive family of lighting products for our market sectors,” said Nick Forman, CEO of Forman & Associates, “We are focused on customer needs and expanding what’s possible in lighting and controls.”

Some of the changes are as follows:

• Nick Forman, as CEO, continues to run the business and focus on strategic planning, including growth expansion.

• Calvin Akers was promoted to President and will manage day to day operations of the company for all sales, marketing, vendor relations, customer service and quotations.

• Stu Sumner will take over the day-to-day sales management of the company.

• Peter Rogers will manage our portfolio of special and unique projects which we continue to be involved in with the design community.

• New to the Forman team, Natalie Young will manage marketing and ongoing campaign implementation.

Additionally, the new appointments have created additional career opportunities within the company including:

• Quotations/Estimator Position in our Van Nuys location.

• Contractor Sales Specialist who will service Los Angeles and Orange County and Central Coast/ Valley marketplaces.

• Customer Service Representative in our Van Nuys location.
