SloanLED Reintroduces Premium Linear Vapor Tights with Expanded Capabilities

VENTURA, Calif., – SloanLED, leaders in light technology for 65 years, reintroduces SLVT Premium Linear Vapor Tights with new quick installation options and Enlighted controls for advanced Internet of Things (IoT) architecture. Now part of its Contractor Essentials™ program for the U.S. and Canada, these indoor-outdoor wet location fixtures feature fully gasketed, polycarbonate housings, with polycarbonate or optional stainless steel captive latches, 2-ft and 4-ft lengths, and a variety of wattages, color temperatures, and control options.

New Quick Mount (QM) and Quick Connect (QC) Plates accelerate and simplify the installation process, reducing labor costs and making SLVT Premium Linear Vapor Tights the fastest install on the market. The optional Quick Mount Plate is included with the luminaire for reduced packaging waste, with rear wires pre-pulled out the rear of the fixture and sealed to maintain the IP65 rating and fixture mounting clips pre-attached to the plate. Installers can use any pre-drilled holes or shoot directly through the aluminum plate to mount the Quick Mount Plate, make their connections, and clip the fixture in place. The optional Quick Connect Plate is used for feed-through applications for the same fast installation.

SloanLED also announces a new alliance with Enlighted, a Siemens Company, to further the adoption of IoT solutions in commercial, retail, and industrial spaces. Working with the Enlighted team, beginning with SLVT Premium Linear Vapor Tights, SloanLED is integrating Enlighted’s IoT technology into SloanLED’s expanding portfolio of commercial and industrial lighting products, providing connected solutions that are simple and easy to deploy.
