MetroSpec Technology announces FacetCore™ foldable technology

FlexRad FacetCore™ is a very compact, high output light source technology that can be cut and folded during fixture manufacture.

ST. PAUL, MN - MetroSpec Technology, the leading American manufacturer of custom LED light sources, announces a new set of options for its unique FacetCore technology. FacetCore is already available in preformed, three- and four-sided, self-cooling assemblies. MetroSpec can now provide continuous reels up to 200 feet long that can be cut and folded into a variety of desired shapes. Popular options include two-, four-, and six-sided shapes used to make cylinders, pendants, sconces, and a wide variety of fixed and hanging fixtures. The same product can be broken out into linear, single wide strips as well. Available in just about every color and CRI, FacetCore is the ideal choice for Architectural and Commercial fixture manufacturers.

FlexRad includes a variety of technologies that allow fixture manufacturers to fill almost any shape with light. The novel applications of FlexRad also include Cut2Fit, Dually, Linear360, Hashtag, BoardonCoil, Dim2Tone, and 4Tone.
