Signify Revamps U.S. Leadership as Keith Eagle Joins WAC Group
Industry veteran joins decorative and architectural lighting company
Keith Eagle, a seasoned lighting industry executive, has joined WAC Group as Vice President of Business Development. This move follows Eagle’s departure from Signify, where he served as Vice President and General Manager for the Genlyte Solutions team since 2018.
Signify first notified trade press outlets of Eagle’s departure last Wednesday, January 15, confirming his final day with the company would be January 17. Inside Lighting chose to delay publishing this news until Eagle’s new role at WAC Group could be disclosed, allowing for this more complete report.
Eagle’s departure from Signify has led to leadership structure changes at the company. Christy Tilton, previously Vice President of U.S. Professional Sales, will now lead Genlyte Solutions sales across the U.S. and Canada. Tilton reports to Kevin Poyck, President of Genlyte Solutions, Color Kinetics, and the Entertainment Business Unit. Bryan Dorsey continues in his role leading National Accounts for Genlyte Solutions, reporting to Jhawn Newman, Systems & Services Commercial Leader.
In his new role at WAC Group, Eagle will oversee business development across all WAC Group brands and channels, including WAC Lighting, Modern Forms, Schonbek, AiSPIRE, WAC Limited, and WAC Landscape Lighting.
With a career that includes leadership roles at Signify, Cree Lighting, Cooper Lighting, and U.S. Architectural Lighting, Eagle brings extensive experience in sales management and strategic business leadership in numerous lighting industry channels.
“We welcome Keith to our sales team,” stated WAC Group President, Becky Li. “His leadership expertise will play a pivotal role in our commitment to building a strong and successful future for the WAC Group. We look forward to the many great things we will accomplish together.”
