U.S. & Canada Light Up for Ukraine
Buildings, bridges and other landmarks shine blue and gold in show of support.
The headline news of the last week has captivated the world in a way that is seldom seen. In business circles, the volunteer forces of “LinkedIn Police” who step in when they read political or religious social media posts have been mostly quiet as pro-Ukraine messaging is consistently being met with widespread support.
As more and more outdoor structures have installed dynamic lighting in the last decade or two, we’ve also seen iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, Sydney Opera House and the Roman Colosseum shine blue and gold in support of Ukraine.
Here in the U.S. and Canada, many buildings, bridges and landmarks are showing similar support. Here is a sampling:
