Husband-wife duo take over Rhode Island lighting company

 

Renova Lighting Systems, a provider of custom linear lighting solutions and other commercial lighting products, has announced that Jessica and Jeremy Mularski will are the new owners of the company, effective June 1, 2023. With their experience in the lighting industry, the Mularskis aim to lead Renova Lighting Systems towards growth and success.

The company was purchased from Bonnie Edwards, widow of longtime Renova President and CEO Rick Edwards who passed away in 2022. Jeremy Malarski informed us that the core staff of Renova continues to be employed by the company.

Renova Lighting provides numerous product categories including customized linear lighting solutions and LED retrofit kits. Under the new ownership, Renova Lighting will continue to prioritize these categories and focus on customer satisfaction.

Jeremy Mularski brings almost two decades of experience as an engineer and Chief Operating Officer in the lighting industry, having worked with companies such as Whelen Engineering Company, Pathway Lighting, and was most recently with SteriLumen, Inc. Jessica Mularski brings acumen in finance, graphic design and public relations to the company.

Renova Lighting Systems has plans for upgrades to their website, marketing materials, cut sheets, and product offerings in the coming months. These improvements aim to enhance the customer experience and showcase Renova Lighting's capabilities.
