Cree Lighting Sues RAB Lighting
Cree Lighting files lawsuit against RAB with five counts of patent infringement.
On Tuesday, July 14, Cree Lighting filed a patent infringement lawsuit against RAB Lighting in New York Southern District Court. The complaint cites five counts of alleged IP infringement and details many families of RAB products that are allegedly in violation of Cree Lighting's patents.
