National Specification Sales Manager
Greater Boston
Are you a technical sales professional with a passion for lighting and project-based solutions? A global leader in innovative, energy-efficient lighting is seeking a Specification Sales Manager to lead commercial and industrial project sales in the New England region focused on National accounts.
In this role, you’ll drive business development by securing product specifications, building relationships with end users and specifiers, and supporting regional sales initiatives. You’ll act as a trusted advisor while coaching colleagues, managing complex projects, and traveling up to 50% to meet key stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years in the lighting industry; 3+ years in outside sales preferred
- Strong background in lighting, controls, and project sales
- Experience with technical solutions presentations
- LC is highly desired
This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and seeks to make a lasting impact in the lighting solutions industry. The position is based in New England area or near a major airport.
