We have been engaged by a global innovator in lighting bringing advanced technology and design into commercial, architectural, and specialty applications. The Regional Sales Manager will own the Central U.S. territory, building customer relationships, driving new business, and delivering growth in one of the company’s most strategic regions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand sales across the Central U.S.
  • Build and strengthen customer, agent, and specifier relationships.
  • Develop new business and close opportunities.
  • Represent the company at meetings and industry events (~30% overnight travel).
  • Partner with leadership to execute growth strategies.

 

Ideal Profile:

  • Based in a Central U.S. metro with 5+ years of lighting sales experience.
  • Proven hunter mentality with a strong track record of business development.
  • Skilled in relationship-building, communication, and negotiation.

 

This role offers territory ownership and career growth within a global industry leader.
