A well-established, growth-focused manufacturer of commercial LED lighting solutions is seeking a VP of Product Development to lead product strategy, development, and innovation across multiple teams.

Position Responsibilities:
- Lead product strategy, innovation, and lifecycle management
- Oversee R&D to explore and integrate new technologies
- Manage product launch initiatives in alignment with customer needs
- Troubleshoot high-level technical issues and provide product development solutions
- Supervise the product development team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, or related field (required)
- 10+ years in product development with proven leadership in R&D and innovation (required)
- Excellent strategic and collaborative communication skills (required)
- Master’s degree and Agile or Lean methodologies experience (preferred)
