Job Description
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales performance and growth of independent sales representatives in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with rep groups
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the company’s products
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the lighting or related industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
