About the job
Responsibilities

Daily customer service to existing customers.

Order management

Resolving customer complaints, billing issues, questions and concerns

Custom project management
-
Work closely with outside sales teams and internal team members to ensure high customer satisfaction

Additional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned
Qualifications
-
2+ Years Account Management experience
-
Ability to represent company in a professional manner as needed
-
A design background – advertising, graphic design, marketing (nice to have)
Skills
-
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow through on numerous projects
-
Ability to effectively work under short deadlines and quick turnaround times
-
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
-
Well-organized and able to maintain files and records with effective filing systems
-
SAP experience preferred
-
Proficient in MS Excel and Word
