As a Senior Project Manager at LOGIQ, you will be responsible for obtaining the detailed information necessary to pursue new business opportunities, manage projects and strengthen customer relationships. You will facilitate projects from infancy through to completion while leveraging relationships that will help move our company forward through creative and strategic means.

We are looking for experienced candidates that are passionate about lighting, teamwork and have a strong project management background in the lighting space. This team member will play a key role on the project team; understanding process requirements while working with customers and team members to facilitate successful projects.

LOCATION

The city office is located 2 miles SW of downtown, with an unobstructed view of the Denver skyline. Denver offers opportunities for endless adventure, museum visits, parks, concerts, breweries and easy mountain access, you'll always have fun!

Work Arrangement: Primarily in-office with some hybrid flexibility. Candidates must be local to Denver. Remote work is not available for out-of-state candidates.

 

GENERAL DUTIES
  • Work alongside Director of Projects and General Manager to review project requirements and effectively delegate responsibilities to the project team.

  • Strategically work through opportunities to understand technical requirements, project needs and project scheduling.

  • Resolve conflicts promptly and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external contacts.

  • Communicate all necessary information to the team in order to spec and quote the project correctly.

  • Manage project through delivery to ensure success.

  • Review existing processes for areas of improvement and growth for the company.

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • 8+ years of project management experience in the lighting industry.

  • Proven ability to anticipate and resolve project challenges.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills—communicating effectively with co- workers, superiors, outside vendors and others sufficiently to exchange or convey information.

  • Managing multiple tasks, often with competing deadlines.

  • Must be able to interpret electrical drawings & details efficiently.
