Position: Specification Sales Specialist – Focused on Architects and Engineers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your experience selling to architects and engineers to drive sales and facilitate design intent using our brands.
  • Gain familiarity with our commercial and industrial lighting and control products.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the advantages of our solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance throughout the design and construction cycle.
  • Ignite opportunities, manage project specifications, and ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of related experience in sales, specifically targeting architects and engineers.
  • Strong familiarity with the design and construction cycle.
  • Would prefer familiarity and ability to use lighting design software.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to follow through and follow up.
  • Team player with the tenacity and vocational and emotional intelligence to succeed.
  • Ability to ignite opportunity, provide flight control, and land the specification.
