TLS Architectural Lighting, a division of MG, is a leading manufacturer based in Montreal, Canada. Our patented TLS (Tension LED System) offers high-quality, customizable lighting solutions for architectural designers and engineering firms.

We provide turnkey solutions with easy installation and flexibility, ideal for general and electrical contractors. Our products cover a range of lighting needs, including static, dynamic, RGBW, and pixel control. Our in-house controllers are compatible with third-party systems.

We manufacture all our products in-house, ensuring top quality. Our capabilities in large format printing and custom designs meet diverse project requirements, from national accounts to complex conglomerate solutions.


Role: Regional Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, lighting designers, architects, and engineering firms.



  1. Develop and sustain agency territories.

  2. Execute sales calls and deliver presentations.

  3. Maintain regular contact with all customers in the territory to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

  4. Strive to build long-term relationships with customers through value-added selling techniques.

  5. Manage a team of independent sales agents to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

  6. Arrange and participate in factory and agency visits with architects and lighting designers.

  7. Travel to the factory as needed for training and to attend events.

  8. Attend industry trade shows and agency events.

  9. Establish and follow sales objectives by organizing a sales plan with measurable goals.



  1. University degree.

  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a regional sales manager.

  3. Existing relationships with specifiers, distributors, agencies, and relevant decision-makers.

  4. Detail-oriented, sensitive to customer needs, and aligned with company requirements.

  5. Results-oriented with strong business acumen.

  6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical data, features, and benefits.

  7. Personable with a positive attitude.

  8. Strong focus on customer service.

  9. Excellent time management skills.

  10. Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

  11. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies with clear goals, tactics, and success metrics.

  12. Ability to manage all aspects of the relationship between customers and industry partners.

  13. Ability to travel 75% of the time within the territory, with a valid passport.

  14. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  15. Motivated and passionate personality.
