About the job

CANDIDATE BIO: This individual will be a tried and true “hunter” charged with developing new accounts within assigned territory and/or industry. This role is for sales professionals who thrive in a producer role and are eager and self-motivated to drive growth through innovation and hard-working. The individual is responsible for developing and securing business with new customers while providing exemplary customer service throughout the entire sales lifecycle. This position would have the opportunities to work directly with top Retail and Hospitality brands to provide transformative lighting solutions and inspirations.



  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management and/or new business development

  • Ability & willingness to travel 50% throughout the designated region of the US

  • Highly self-motivated, hard-working and proactive

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills

  • Team player who is both independent and coachable

  • Ability to construct, maintain & manage a book of business

  • Dedicated to meeting all quotas and metrics provided

  • Commitment to providing the highest level of customer service

  • Prompt and accurate response time to internal & external requests

  • Familiarity with Retail and Hospitality lighting is preferable but not required
