We are currently looking for a self-motivated Sales Executive who wants to consult, specify, and manage your own turnkey lighting projects with Mid-Market customers anywhere in the U.S. With a salary and uncapped commissions, you can control your business and your schedule.

Job Description:

We're on the lookout for a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to spearhead our growth within the mid-market segment. As a key member of our team reporting to the President, you'll leverage your proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the mid-market revenue range, to drive revenue growth and establish long-lasting client relationships. While prior experience in lighting is required, we value individuals with a strong sales acumen and a passion for making a tangible impact.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively respond to and manage incoming leads generated by our marketing team, demonstrating exceptional responsiveness and professionalism.

  • Develop and nurture relationships within our Mid-Market Sales Segment, serving as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and decision-makers.

  • Effectively manage fast-paced sales cycles, employing a consultative approach to highlight the unique value proposition of our solutions.

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to accurately forecast sales activity, track pipeline progression, and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.

  • Strive to cultivate a portfolio of satisfied, referenceable customers by delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.

 

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets within the mid-market segment.

  • Experience with lighting products and solutions, including knowledge of energy-efficient technologies and industry best practices.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other sales enablement tools, coupled with strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and drive informed decision-making.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and close.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a relentless focus on achieving and surpassing sales objectives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and build rapport.

  • Knowledge of Snapcount software is a plus.
