Position: Inside Sales / Quotes
Key Responsibilities

Provide competitive quotations, technical data and detailed cut sheets for architectural site lighting products.

Consult and quote on custom design lighting and facilitate with the engineering, production and our company owned foundry.

Communicate effectively and knowledgeably with sales representatives, designers, architects and engineers.

Provide all relevant product and application information to assist in closing orders.

Develop custom solutions and propose value-added options to meet clients' unique needs.
Think creatively and outside the box to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and positioning our product as a superior solution to competing products.

Coordinate with internal teams to provide the necessary support to clients during the quotation process, including technical information, documentation, and samples.

Collaborate with the sales team to assist with outstanding quotations and open orders, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.

Maintain accurate records of all quotations, communications, and related documentation.
Qualifications and Skills Required
-
Outdoor site lighting quotation experience
-
Knowledgeable in architectural lighting manufacturing and application including LED technology, photometrics and AGI32 or equivalent.

Needs strong skills in LED Technology. With knowledge of Foot Candles and lumens per watt.

Understanding of site plans
-
Background in energy conservation and retrofit.

Understands drawings and Architectural specifications for the lighting industry

Computer Skills; Microsoft office including Excel

Strong Organizational and Communication skills

Effective time management skills

Multi-task oriented
