Director of Operations - Lighting Projects: South Florida
We have been retained by a global Energy Services company offering long term LaaS solutions currently rolling out over 2600 installations across 44 states.
The Director of Operations will be a proven changes maker with proven multi-site operations leadership. Reporting to the COO and managing a team of 16+ you will execute and lead all project management and deployment activities including supply chain.

Strategic thinker: analyze pre project, execution, and post project processes to optimize overall systems and opportunities.

Independent operator who reacts quickly and is solution oriented.

Positive, forward-thinking attitude to mentor, train and develop staff.

Experience in multi-site complex lighting installations or similar.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once. Including post install long term maintenance programs.

Problem resolution experience with technical knowledge to identify issues, source of issue (product or vendor) and recommend solutions to resolve effectively and manage responsible parties.

Demonstrated success in project planning, project rollout, post install audit, problem resolution, customer-facing skills.

Technical expertise for onsite problem resolution with contractors.
