We are a manufacturer specializing in Energy Efficient LED lighting solutions. We offer a broad range of lighting products designed for both retrofit applications and new construction projects. Who you are:

We are looking for motivated sales professionals. We are currently interviewing for the Indiana Territory. You must reside within the territory hired for. This is a tremendous opportunity for the right individual. You are a result driven professional who is exceptional at creating and sustaining great relationships with distributors, electrical contractors, specifiers, and end users. As a sales professional, you provide consistent service excellence. Outside B2B Sales Rep Responsibilities:

  • Work with the corporate ASD to identify and pursue new business channels (lighting distributors, energy companies, developers, contractors, designers)

  • Work with new and existing accounts to maintain service excellence.

  • Manage and organize on-going product presentations to key businesses.

  • Maintain all aspects of account relationships with our partners.

  • Respond to customers and co-workers promptly.

  • Work with new and existing accounts to maintain service excellence.


Outside B2B Sales Rep Requirements:

  • We prefer Professional Electric Supply or Lighting Sales experience in attaining and surpassing your quota / Training could also be provided for the right candidate.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven track record of ability to excel in attaining maximum sales results through successful interaction with development of new prospects and established customers.

  • Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to work independently under time sensitive deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills REQUIRED.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills

  • High energy and self-starter

  • Good business acumen and high integrity

  • Strong networking skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Experience in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
