Inside Sales Support: Dallas, Texas
Horton Controls Group is growing and looking to add to our Inside Sales Support Team. We are a lighting controls manufacturer's rep agency, and service the Design and Construction industry working with architects, engineers, lighting designers, electrical contractors and end users. Our team focuses on commercial, education, healthcare, hospitality and retail markets. This position is full time, and located in the Design District of Dallas, Texas. www.hortoncontrols.group
Job Description
The Inside Sales Support Team includes Quotations and Project Management. Quotations is responsible for generating quotations based on bid documents, and Project Management handles generating lighting control submittals.
Responsibilities
- Providing accurate pricing as well as crossing and value-engineering strategy.
- Generate take-off and layouts.
- Understanding how to apply solutions for energy codes.
- Working with light fixture sales team on opportunities.
- Develop accurate shop drawing submittals using tools provided.
Qualifications
- Lighting / Lighting Control industry experience
- Ability to read Construction Drawings and Specifications
- Teamwork Oriented and Customer Service skills
- Microsoft Outlook and Teams experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail
- AutoCAD a plus.
- Theatrical Lighting and Controls a plus.
