We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Virginia. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively prospecting and generating leads within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, interior designers, and other decision-makers in the lighting industry.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on the benefits and features of True Lighting products.

Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized lighting solutions that meet client requirements.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.

Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving quarterly and annual revenue goals.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the lighting industry or related field.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.

Knowledge of lighting technology and industry trends is highly desirable.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
