Technical Support: Feasterville-Trevose, PA
Intra Lighting US is subsidiary of a Intra Lighting d.o.o., a global lighting manufacturer with a headquarters in Slovenia. Our US based operation is growing aggressively and soon moving into a new facility in Bucks County, PA. We are now looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join in our Technical Support department to help support our clients from this new location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Use company resources build lighting systems solutions.

Accurately and timely preparation of shop drawings and project submittals.

Review submittals with design teams and sales agents

Communicate with EU team regarding custom design proposals and solutions.

Communicate with Sales Management concerning customer requests, changes and custom modifications

Work with component manufacturers to further product innovation and project solutions.

Occasional travel to project sites to assist with supporting installation of systems.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering in the electrical industry

Lighting product knowledge preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively and maintain strong customer service skills.

Experience with MS Office.

Experience with AutoCad and Revit.
-
Familiarity with AGI32 a plus

Ability to perform in fast paced, time sensitive work environment.

Comfort on phone and MS Teams video calls.
Education and Experience
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field. Must have 2+ years of experience in the engineering sector of the lighting industry and must be able to demonstrate understanding of lighting design and application. Tech Support will report to the CEO of Intra Lighting US.
