Architectural Sales Representative: Baltimore/Washington Metro Area

We are proud to represent these brands across Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. We are looking for an outgoing personality with a passion for lighting looking to join a growing team in the Metro DC area.
YOUR ROLE:
Travel in the Metro DC sales territory (Washington DC/Baltimore and Northern VA) on a consistent basis engaging the design communities in the local market. Relationships with our local architects, engineers, interior designers, lighting designers, landscape architects preferred. Develop new relationships to grow the specification presence in our territory . Generate and close lighting/ lighting controls specifications relative to your account base to achieve sales targets.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Relationships within the local design community of Washington DC, Baltimore and Northern VA

Outside sales experience is key

Bachelor’s degree is preferred, (Lighting/ Electrical Education is a plus)

Some overnight travel is required for trainings and tradeshows

Ability to develop and maintain relationships is a must with key specifiers
