We’re growing — and we’re looking for a powerhouse Sr. Salesperson to join Candela Controls!
Candela Controls is a national leader in lighting control solutions for architectural, commercial, and entertainment environments. We’re expanding, and we need a strategic sales professional who knows how to build markets, win complex projects, and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and close a $12,000,000+ pipeline
- Develop new business across the U.S.
- Work with architects, lighting consultants, engineers, GCs, and owners
- Shape proposals, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
- Represent Candela at industry events
- Influence long-term sales strategy and new verticals
You’re a fit if you have:
- 6+ years of B2B technical sales success
- Experience with lighting, electrical, or construction-related systems
- Strong commercial construction knowledge
- Executive presence and relationship-building skills
- A strategic mindset and a drive for growth
This is a high-impact role with a clear path to Sales Manager.
